On Friday the 17th September at 19.15, Fashion tv and the Hauser Bearscharity will bring you to a fashion wonderland at their “Once Upon a Time” show,  set in the majestic Bloomsbury Ballroom, followed by the ‘Happily Ever After-party’.

Sponsored by Audemars Piguet and hosted by the wonderful Gail Porter, the event will showcase a variety of collections and accessories from a range of designers including David & Goliath, Florian Jayet, Loulou Bontemps, Nichole de Carle and Tour de Force.

Hauser Bears is a remarkable charity that is dedicated to improving the welfare for bears worldwide. The ‘Once Upona time’ event will showcase the new range of limited-edition charity t-shirts designed by the makers of self-confessed ‘stupid tees’, kitsch and quirky brand David & Goliath. The t-shirts, available for men, women, tweens and toddlers feature a range of humorous designs and slogans all within a bear theme, specifically for the Hauser Bears charity and all their good work. 

The show will also feature presentations from underwear designer Nichole de Carle, whose dramatic lingerie takes inspiration from the four exquisite architectural masterpiece icons located in the four

fashion capitals of the world: The Louvre - Paris, The Duomo - Milan, Westminster Abbey – London and the Chrysler building - New York. The nightwear collection will stage a turn for the dramatic as avant-garde designer Florian Jayet will showcase his remarkable new collection which is inspired by insects and armour and created predominately from leather, incorporating elements from his trademark futuristic aesthetic.  The‘Once Upon a Time’ event will display several of his gorgeous dresses from this collection, throughout which features an intriguing juxtaposition of fierce structure and dramatic curve, creating garments with the perfect silhouette for a powerful woman with a commanding presence.

In conjunction with these beautiful clothes, Audemars Piguet will be providing a selection of their luxury time pieces and jewellery to add a touch of sparkle to the display, vintage accessories will be provided by Loulou Bontemps, a jewellery and accessory designer who reforms vintage treasures to make fabulous one-off pieces. The remarkable head pieces provided by fashion brand Tour de Force will add an air of theatricality to the collections through their striking and powerful designs, alongside beautiful makeup by Art Deco.

The‘Happily Ever After-party’ will commence directly after the show with a champagne reception, canapés and fashiontv vodka. The Bloomsbury Ballroom will be transformed into a dance floor, and will feature aspecial performance from surprise guests.

Hauser Bears and Fashiontv encourage you to lose yourself in this magical wonderland, as time will stand still and the Once Upon a Time show captivates your imagination.
